Polypropylene fiber-sludge haydite concrete as well as preparation and application thereof
The invention discloses a polypropylene fiber-sludge haydite concrete. Each cubic meter of polypropylene fiber-sludge haydite concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 0.6-1.2kg of polypropylene fiber, 516kg of sludge haydite, 400kg of cement, 180kg of water and 819kg of sand. The invention also provides a preparation method of the polypropylene fiber-sludge haydite concrete. The polypropylene fiber-sludge haydite concrete can serve as a wall body filling material and fills rib cells of a mixed structure of a middle-high layer fabricated type ecological composite wall as an embedded block. With the adoption of the polypropylene fiber-sludge haydite concrete, such disadvantages of the traditional ecological wall body material as low tensile strength, poor ductility and high cracking rate can be overcome, the strength of the polypropylene fiber-sludge haydite concrete is greatly improved, the durability is strengthened, and the treating problem of sludge can also be solved.
