Preparation method of shale sludge haydite
The invention discloses a preparation method of shale sludge haydite, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing sludge and shale in a weight ratio of (2-3):(7-8), stirring uniformly, and fermenting for 7-10 days; (2) uniformly stirring the fermented material, sending into a roller granulator, and granulating to obtain the granules with the granularity of 8-16mm; and (3) sending the granules into a rotary kiln, and carrying out preheating drying and roasting to obtain the shale sludge haydite, wherein the preheating drying temperature is 400-500 DEG C, the material is sent into the roasting section when the water content is less than 1%, the roasting temperature is 1180-1200 DEG C, and the roasting time is 130 seconds. After the sludge and shale are mixed, the shale can absorb water in the sludge and lower the stink of the sludge; and the fired haydite has the advantages of favorable expandability and favorable sphericity. The method recycles the waste sludge, waste bran powder or sawdust, and is beneficial to resource recycling.
