The invention provides a foamed cement heat insulation board prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 140-160 parts of portland cement, 20-30 parts of coal ash, 3-5 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfonate, 1-2 parts of polypropylene fiber, 0.2-0.4 part of sodium borate, 0.3-0.5 part of sodium stearate, 1-1.5 parts of a foaming agent, 0.3-0.5 part of a foam stabilizer, 3-6 parts of a water repellent and 130-150 parts of water. The invention also provides a preparation method of the foamed cement heat insulation board. The foamed cement heat insulation board provided by the invention is favorable in heat insulation effect, wide in raw material source, simple in preparation method and suitable for a heat insulation system for an exterior wall.
