Paving stone concrete prepared from steel slag powder and mineral slag powder
The invention relates to paving stone concrete prepared from steel slag powder and mineral slag powder. The paving stone concrete comprises a binding material consisting of steel slag powder, mineral slag powder and cement, aggregate consisting of steel tailings and mineral slag sand, water and a water reducing agent; and every cubic meter of concrete comprises the following components by weight: 48-200kg of steel slag powder with the specific surface area of 400-500m<2>/kg, 96-250kg of mineral slag powder with the specific surface area of 400-500m<2>/kg, 80-400kg of cement, 700-900kg of steel tailings with the granularity of 5-30mm, 700-900kg of mineral slag sand with the granularity of 0-5mm, 80-240kg of water and 5-10kg of the water reducing agent. Compared with the prior art, the paving stone concrete disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) most of the used materials are metallurgical solid waste materials, so that comprehensive utilization of resources and innocent and recycled treatment of the industrial wastes are realized; (2) with the adoption of the metallurgical solid waste materials, the production cost of the concrete paving stone can be reduced; and (3) unrestrained exploitation of resources caused by manufacture of the paving stone by using stone is reduced, and the damage to the natural environment is reduced.
