The invention discloses wear-resistant artificial stone comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-60% of silicon dioxide, 25-35% of aluminum oxide, 6-10% of potassium oxide, 2-5% of expandable microbeads, 0.2-0.4% of titanium oxide and 0.05-0.08% of novel crystal nucleus materials. A preparation process of the wear-resistant artificial stone comprises the following steps of weighing all components according to the ratio; mixing, namely uniformly mixing all the components in a stirring tank at the frequency of 800-1000r/min for 10-25 minutes; and carrying out compression molding, sintering and cooling to obtain the wear-resistant artificial stone, wherein the sintering temperature ranges from 1100 DEG C to 1300 DEG C, and the compression molding pressure is at least 500MPa. Due to the addition of the components in the ratio and the novel crystal nucleus materials in the wear-resistant artificial stone disclosed by the invention, the strength and wear resistance of the wear-resistant stone are effectively improved; and the wear-resistant artificial stone has slight light transparency and is easy to machine and low in production cost.
