Processing technology for porcelain tile
The invention discloses a processing technology for a porcelain tile. The processing technology comprises the steps of firstly, pretreating coal cinder to obtain coal cinder containing less than 0.5% of TiO2, less than 0.05% of V2O5 and less than 0.5% of Fe; secondly, mixing 15-25% of clay, 15-70% of the coal cinder pretreated in the first step, 10-55% of feldspar and 2-10% of additives, and proportioning; and thirdly, carrying out compression molding on the mixed material, and sintering to obtain a finished product. By using the processing technology, the ball milling efficiency is increased, the iron removal effect is improved, the whiteness of a product is greatly improved, and the removed harmful substances can be recovered.
