Processing technology of special coal slag for producing porcelain tile
The invention discloses a processing technology of special coal slag for producing a porcelain tile. The processing technology comprises the following steps: (1) sieving coal slag raw materials; (2) carrying out iron recycling on the sieved coal slag by magnetic selection equipment; (3) adding water into the magnetically-selected coal slag and carrying out ball-milling treatment; (4) adding water into the ball-milled coal slag at first and recycling iron powder by adopting de-ironing equipment; (5) adding a bleaching agent into the coal slag after de-ironing, and carrying out sedimentation and bleaching treatment by a sedimentation tank; (6) carrying out press filtering treatment on the settled coal slag by a filter press; and (7) drying the coal slag subjected to press filtering to obtain a finished product. With the adoption of the processing technology, the coal slag is independently subjected to ball milling before being used for producing the tile; after the coal slag is subjected to the ball milling to reach certain fineness, metals including iron, titanium, vanadium and the like can be independently reduced or removed so that the ball milling efficiency is improved and the de-ironing effect is improved; and the whiteness of the product is greatly improved, and discharged harmful substances can be recycled.
