High-temperature resistant ceramic fiber
The invention relates to a high-temperature resistant ceramic fiber and belongs to the technical field of processing of ceramic composite materials. The high-temperature resistant ceramic fiber is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of beta-Al2O3, 20-50 parts of SiC, 15-40 parts of BaTiO3, 1-10 parts of PbTiO3, 0-5 parts of LiNbO3, 0.1-3 parts of YBaCuO and 0.1-2 parts of Zr(Y)O2. A preparation method of the high-temperature resistant ceramic fiber comprises the following steps of: mixing the components uniformly according to proportions, making the mixture into ultrafine powder, adding a spinning additive of an organic polymer into the ultrafine powder to prepare slurry, extruding, evaporating a solvent, calcining, and sintering to obtain the required high-temperature resistant ceramic fiber. The high-temperature resistant ceramic fiber provided by the invention has the strength of 2.0-2.4GPa, the elastic modulus of 350-420GPa, the porosity of 28% and the diameter of 15-25mu m, has the characteristics of strong high temperature and corrosion resistance and good flexibility, and can be widely applied to machinery, metallurgy, chemical engineering and petroleum industries.
