Lead-free ferroelectric ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to lead-free ferroelectric ceramic and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of ceramic processing. The lead-free ferroelectric ceramic is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of Nb2O5, 20-40 parts of Na2CO3, 15-30 parts of CaCO3, 1-10 parts of K2CO3, 1-10 parts of CuO, 1-10 parts of KCl, and 1-5 parts of SrCO3. The preparation method for the lead-free ferroelectric ceramic comprises the following steps: firstly preparing pure-phase NaNbO3 and SrNb2O6 powder, mixing the pure-phase NaNbO3 and SrNb2O6 powder with residual components, thereby preparing ceramic powder; and preparing a lead-free ferroelectric ceramic finished product after pelletizing, dry-compression molding, sintering, sliver coating and detecting. The lead-free ferroelectric ceramic is free of harmful substances, low in raw material cost and pollution-free on environment.
