The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a composite foamed cement board. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (1) proportioning the various components in parts by weight: 22 parts of ordinary portland cement, 35 parts of coal ash, 20 parts of mineral powder, 5 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 4 parts of foam stabilizer, 0.4 part of polypropylene fibres and 0.15 part of excitant; and (2) stirring by a stirrer at a rotational speed of 3000r/min and a slurry temperature of 25-45 DEG C according to the proportion and a water-material ratio of 0.46. The manufacturing method of the composite foamed cement board disclosed by the invention is capable of overcoming the defects of unreasonable proportion, short service life, low reliability and the like in the prior art, so as to realize the advantages of reasonable proportion, long service life and high reliability.
