According to the invention, an interlayer is disposed between two layers of foamed cement boards, and the interlayer has the structure of an anti-cracking material, so that the foamed cement board has reinforced strength and good toughness, is difficult to break, and has good thermal insulation performance, can greatly reduce the heating and cooling and other electric power and burning expenses, thus being the optimal choice of energy saving.
