The invention discloses a flame-retardant composite foamed cement board. The cement board is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 120-140 parts of portland cement, 20-30 parts of coal ash, 1-2 parts of polypropylene fiber, 0.5-0.8 part of calcium lignosulphonate, 0.1-0.3 part of triethanolamine, 0.2-0.4 part of sodium tartrate, 0.4-0.6 part of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.8-1.2 parts of potassium borate, 0.2-0.4 part of sodium stearate, 1-1.5 parts of a foaming agent, 0.3-0.5 part of a foam stabilizer, 3-6 parts of a water repellent and 115-120 parts of water. The invention also provides a preparation method of the flame-retardant composite foamed cement board. The flame-retardant composite foamed cement board provided by the invention has the grade-A combustion performance and is high in tensile strength and compressive strength and good in heat insulation property.
