Heat-preservation composite foamed cement board and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a heat-preservation composite foamed cement board, wherein the cement board is composed of the following components in parts by mass: 70-80 parts of portland cement, 8-12 parts of fly ash, 1-2 parts of gypsum, 0.5-0.8 part of polystyrene, 1-2 parts of expanded perlite, 0.2-0.4 part of polypropylene fibers, 0.08-0.12 part of PP fibers, 0.1-0.2 part of sodium stearate, 0.1-0.3 part of triethanolamine, 1-2 parts of aluminum sulfate, 0.2-0.3 part of calcium chloride, 0.1-0.2 part of a foam stabilizing agent, 0.8-1.2 parts of a foaming agent, 3-5 parts of a water repellent, and 80-90 parts of water. The invention also provides a preparation method of the heat-preservation composite foamed cement board. The heat-preservation composite foamed cement board has good tensile strength and compressive strength, is not easy to crack during outer wall heat-preservation construction, allows the inner pore diameter of the foamed board to be consistent, and has an excellent heat-preservation effect.
