High-strength magnesite shale porous fireproof brick and production method thereof
The invention discloses a high-strength magnesite shale porous fireproof brick and a production method thereof. The production method of the high-strength magnesite shale porous fireproof brick is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding 10-20 percent by mass of magnesite powder and 3-12 percent by mass of quicklime powder, 0.5-1.5 percent by mass of aluminum powder or ion powder into shale powder; based on the material prepared by mixing the raw materials, adding water of which the temperature is 40 to 505 DEG C and the mass percentage is 50% to 60%, fully stirring for 3-5 minutes, and standing the uniformly-stirred material for 1-2 hours; putting the uniformly-stirred material into a brick making mold for making a blank body; by adopting a secondary roasting method, firstly arranging the blank at the temperature of 700 DEG C and keeping the temperature for 30 minutes; heating to increase the temperature to 1100 DEG C by secondary roasting and keeping the temperature for 8-12 hours to obtain the high-strength magnesite shale porous fireproof brick. The production method has the advantages of reducing the shale consumption for producing high-quality fireproof bricks, greatly enhancing the compressive strength and the rupture strength of building blocks on the premise of saving the shale, and overcoming the defects that the exiting common shale porous brick is easy to break, low in strength, easy to cause drop of the four corners during transportation, low in bonding strength, poor in fireproof performance, inapplicable to bearing walls and the like.
