Combined frog of forged high-manganese-steel point rail
The invention discloses a combined frog of a forged high-manganese-steel point rail. The point rail is made of a forged high-manganese-steel material; fork rails and wing rails are made of on-line thermally-treated steel rails which are the same as the material of an existing line. The rail waist section of the point rail is similarly wedge-shaped; two wing rails are symmetrically positioned on two sides of the point rail; two wedge-shaped spacing irons are symmetrically positioned between the wing rails and the point rail; the two wing rails, the two wedge-shaped spacing irons and the point rail are fixedly connected together through bolt connection pairs and steel rail washers; two fork rails are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the tail of the point rail and are positioned between the two wing rails; the two fork rails, the two wing rails and the point rail are fixedly connected together through bolt connection pairs, steel rail washers and common spacing irons. By use of the excellent impact toughness of forged high manganese steel, the impact resistance of the frog is enhanced; due to the weldability of the fork rails and the wing rails, the market requirement of a seamless line can be met; furthermore, the wedge-shaped structures prevent up-and-down movement of the point rail, so that the overall stability of the combined frog is improved, and the service life of the whole frog is prolonged.
