Fixed high manganese steel combined frog
A fixed high-manganese steel combined frog comprises a high-manganese steel frog core, two wing rails and two frog heel rails, the two wing rails are symmetrically fixed to the two sides of the high-manganese steel frog core, and the two frog heel rails are symmetrically fixed to the two sides of the tail of the high-manganese steel frog core and located between the two wing rails; the matching position of the front end of the high-manganese steel fork core and the wing rail starts from the throat of the frog, and the tread surface of the front end of the high-manganese steel fork core is gradually lowered towards the throat of the frog, so that the tread surface of the front end of the high-manganese steel fork core at the throat of the frog is lower than the tread surface of the wing rail; and therefore, the wheels are not in contact with the treads of the high manganese steel fork core at the throat of the frog, but are in complete contact with the treads of the wing rails. The wheel-rail relation at the frog throat is innovatively designed, the overall length of the frog center can be effectively shortened, the weight of the frog center is reduced, and the manufacturing cost is saved.
