The invention belongs to the technical field of highway engineering machines and in particular relates to a hot wind layered heating type re-stirring locomotive. The hot wind layered heating type re-stirring locomotive comprises a stander supported by bearing wheels, wherein a new material receiving hopper is arranged at the front end of the stander; a scraper blade lifting device and a stirring jar are arranged on the stander; a weighing measuring hopper is arranged at the upper end of the scraper blade lifting device; a feeding opening of the stirring jar is positioned below the weighing measuring hopper; a hot material vertical lifting device and a hot wind circulation heating device are arranged in the middle of the stander; the upper part of the vertical lifting device is provided with a discharge opening; the lower part of the hot wind circulation heating device is provided with a conveying plate chain; and the discharge opening is formed towards one side of a feeding end of the surface of the conveying plate chain. By utilizing the hot wind layered heating type re-stirring locomotive, a new-old asphalt mixture can be sufficiently and uniformly heated, the material distribution is layered and uniform, the stirring temperature is sufficient and uniform finally, a new mixture with the stable temperature is obtained, and the stable quality of a new pavement is ensured.
