The invention discloses a suspended anti-flood wall which comprises a flood bank, and the crest level of the flood blank is the same as that of an urban waterfront ground. A steel flash board is connected to the top face of the flood bank, a rotary shaft which is arranged on the waterside of the blood bank is arranged at the lower end of the steel flash board, the rotary shaft of the steel flash board is installed in a rotary shaft supporting base, and the rotary shaft supporting base is fixedly arranged on the top face of the flood bank; a flash board limiting baffle plate is arranged on the rotary shaft supporting base; an inhaul cable is connected to the steel flash board; a locking shaft is arranged on the backwater side of the steel flash board, and a locking device matched with the locking shaft is arranged on the top face of the flood bank. Under the condition that the anti-flood safety is ensured, the suspended anti-flood wall has no influence on visual continuity of people, thereby better improving the quality of an urban landscape and solving the problem that the urban landscape and urban flood control are contradicting.
