The invention discloses a regenerated concrete cover plate which comprises a plate-shaped body and a reinforcing frame embedded in the plate-shaped body. Hooks extending out from the upper surface of the plate-shaped body are arranged symmetrically on two sides of the reinforcing frame respectively, a containing concave position capable of being contracted on the upper surface of the plate-shaped body when the corresponding hook is not in use and flush with the upper surface is arranged on one side of each hook, and the plate-shaped body is composed of cement, fly ash, sand and regenerate gravel. The invention further discloses a manufacturing method of the regenerated concrete cover plate. The regenerated concrete cover plate is made by adopting the regenerated gravel, thereby being low in cost, simple and convenient to manufacture, high in integral structure strength, high in load bearing capacity, light in dead weight, high in mobility and long in service life and meeting environment-friendly and economical features. The manufacturing method is simple and easy in process and easy to realize, and the problem of regenerating utilization of building waste can be solved while the regenerated concrete cover plate is manufactured quickly.
