The invention discloses regenerated plastic fiber regenerated self-compacting concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following components: cement, recycled coarse aggregate, natural coarse aggregate, sand, water, additional water, mineral admixtures (coal ash, mineral powder and silica fume), recycled plastic PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) fibers and an additive, wherein the replacement rate of the recycled coarse aggregate is 50-100%; and the substitution rate of the mineral admixture is 50-75%. According to the invention, wastes are used for treating wastes, so that the obtained concrete not only can obviously improve the strength and toughness of the concrete, but also can reduce the consumption of non-renewable natural resources and cement, effectively solves the difficult problem of treatment of waste concrete and plastic garbage and environmental pollution caused by the difficult problem, and realizes high performance of the recycled aggregate; the sustainable development capability of the fiber concrete and the self-compacting concrete is improved, and the important requirements of future development of low-carbon buildings, environmental protection and the like are met.
