The invention discloses a solar automatic pumping device. The solar automatic pumping device comprises a solar cell panel, a fixing rod, a lighting lamp, a pumping machine, a water tank, a switch and a water depth sensing device; the solar cell panel is fixed to the top of the fixing rod towards the south in the mode that a 45-degree angle is formed between the solar cell panel and the horizontal face; a battery is wrapped into the fixing rod; and the lighting lamp and the pumping machine are fixed to the fixing rod. Solar energy is converted into electric energy so that pumping work can be done; the solar automatic pumping device saves energy and is environment-friendly and automatic; and guarding by special persons is not needed.
