The electrical conductivity detection probe is used for measuring the electrical conductivity in rainwater runoff in real time; a worker can control the opening or closing of the gate according to the detected electrical conductivity so as to conduct interception; and the high-efficiency intercepting well is simple in structure, can conveniently detect the electrical conductivity in rainwater runoff and can conduct interception according to the electrical conductivity. The invention provides an intercepting method of the high-efficiency intercepting well, which can control the opening or closing of the gate according to the detected electrical conductivity to conduct interception so as to achieve the function that the intercepting well conducts flow distribution according to the instant concentration of rainwater runoff, and enable the intercepting wall to achieve a better operating effect in the whole drainage system.
