When the rain is gradually reduced, the buoyancy of the floating ball disappears through drainage of the drainage pipe, and the shielding base drives the adjustable shielding cover plate to close and break the intercepting unit again, so that the problems that an existing rainwater discarding and sewage intercepting well is single in structure; automatic adjustment and resetting can not be carried out according to the rainwater amount so as to carry out early-stage pollution discharge; and subsequent oriented filtering type stable drainage can be carried out.
