The invention discloses a composite heat insulation board comprising a fire resistant layer, a heat insulation layer and a base layer. The heat insulation layer is located between the fire resistant layer and the base layer, the fire resistant layer is a magnesite plate layer, the base layer is a fiber layer, and the raw materials of the heat insulation layer include, by weight: 30 to 50 parts of polyurethane, 20 to 30 parts of phenolic resin, 10 to 15 parts of kaolin, 5 to 10 parts of calcium silicate, 1 to 5 parts of plasticizer, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of dispersing agent, and 0.1 to 1.5 parts of stabilizer. The composite heat insulation board has excellent heat insulation effect, the fireproofing effect is improved, energy is saved, strength is high, and the engineering quality and the safety of life and property are guaranteed.
