PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation material which uses a plastic foam-based heat insulation plate and which is excellent in thickness accuracy, and a heat insulation composite board excellent in designability.SOLUTION: In a glued laminated heat insulation material, cut pieces with the same width, which are obtained by cutting a plastic foam-based heat insulation plate in a plate thickness direction, are joined together in such a manner that a direction orthogonal to a cut surface is a thickness direction of the heat insulation material. In a heat insulation composite board, a surface covering material is provided on at least one of front and back sides of the glued laminated heat insulation material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
