The invention discloses a steel frame heat insulation section, comprising a first steel thin-wall special-shaped tube, a second thin-wall special-shaped tube and a space positioned between the first steel thin-wall special-shaped tube and the second thin-wall special-shaped tube, wherein the first steel thin-wall special-shaped tube is of a rectangular frame structure on the whole, and a flange is arranged at a corner angle on the lower side of the rectangular frame structure; the second thin-wall special-shaped tube is positioned above the first steel thin-wall special-shaped tube and is of a rectangular frame structure on the whole, and a groove sunken inwards is formed in a corner angle on the upper side of the rectangular frame structure; the first steel thin-wall special-shaped tube and the second thin-wall special-shaped tube are connected by butt-weld posts; first heat insulation strips and second heat insulation strips are arranged on both sides of the space, and are of integrated structures. The steel frame heat insulation section is light in weight, and high in strength, fire-prevention performance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance and safety.
