The invention discloses a polystyrene staggering-preventing heat-preservation building block. The whole body of a block body is in a cuboid structure; a bulge is arranged on the end face of the top and a groove is formed in the end face of the bottom; the shape and the size of an inner cavity of the groove correspond to those of the bulge; a side face groove is formed in each of the two sides of the block body; and the cross section of the block body is an axial symmetrical pattern. With the adoption of the polystyrene staggering-preventing heat-preservation building block, the heat-preservation performance of an EPS concrete building block can be further improved, and rapid assembling and accurate positioning are realized; the working hour is saved; and meanwhile, the relative displacement generated by vibration between the building blocks can be avoided.
