Lightweight-heat preservation integrated aerated building block
The invention discloses a lightweight-heat preservation integrated aerated building block. The lightweight-heat preservation integrated aerated building block comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 100 parts of water, 20-45 parts of coal ash, 20-30 parts of gypsum, 25-30 parts of silica sand, 15-20 parts of saw dust, 10-14 parts of vermiculite and 2-7 parts of a foaming agent. The lightweight-heat preservation integrated aerated building block has the beneficial effects that the volume weight is 400-800kg/m<3>, and the heat conductivity coefficient is generally 0.04-0.07kilocalorie/meter*hour*degree, is only equal to 1/4-1/5 of that of clay and is equal to 1/5-1/10 of that normal cement concrete; an aerated building block wall body with the thickness of 24cm is utilized in north, and the insulation effect is equal to that of a brick wall with the thickness of 48cm; a strong effect is achieved by virtue of few raw materials, and effects of low carbon and energy conservation are truly achieved.
