Integral scaffold joint
The invention provides an integral scaffold joint used for connecting a horizontal rod onto a vertical rod of a scaffold. The integral scaffold joint comprises a sleeve and two fastener joints, and the inner diameter of the sleeve is matched with the outer diameter of the vertical rod of the scaffold; the two fastener joints are fixed to the upper and lower portions of the sleeve respectively, each fastener joint comprises two fasteners, one fastener joint is used for connection with a transverse horizontal rod, and the other fastener joint is used for connection with a longitudinal horizontal rod. Each fastener comprises a fixing block, a large fastening ring, a small fastening ring, a lock piece, a lock chain, a wedge and a lock catch, each fixing block is fixedly connected with the sleeve, and each large fastening ring and each small fastening ring are connected with the corresponding fixing block through hinge pins respectively; each lock piece is fixed to a free end of the corresponding large fastening ring and connected with the corresponding lock chain through a shaft, and each lock chain is connected with the corresponding wedge through a shaft on the corresponding wedge; each lock catch is fixed to a free end of the corresponding small fastening ring, and each wedge is used for being fastened onto the corresponding lock catch. The integral scaffold joint has the advantages of quickness in mounting, simple structure and convenience in use.
