TEMPORARY SCAFFOLD JOINT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary scaffold joint capable of being easily manufactured and keeping a lock pin at projected state and stored state.SOLUTION: A temporary scaffold joint 1 comprises: a tenon part 2b formed on a first pipe body 2; a second pipe body 3, which is connected to the first pipe body 2 by being inserted around the tenon part 2b; and a lock pin 10, which has a latching part 12 capable of penetrating open holes 5, 6 formed on the tenon part 2b and the second pipe body 3, and is stored in the pipe. The lock pin 10 comprises: a spring plate 11, which has a leg piece 11b formed by folding a belt-like plate at an intermediate part and the latching part 12 protruding outward from the leg piece 11b; and a shift knob 13 protruding outward. The first pipe body 2 has a long hole 7 in which the shift knob 13 can be inserted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 容易に製造することができ、かつ、ロックピンを突出及び収納刺せた状態に維持することができる仮設足場用継ぎ手を提供する。【解決手段】 仮設足場用継ぎ手１は、第１の管体２に設けられたほぞ部２ｂと、前記ほぞ部２ｂに外挿することで第１の管体２と接続する第２の管体３と、前記ほぞ部２ｂ及び第２の管体３に設けられた貫通孔５，６を貫通可能な係止部１２を有し管内に収納されるロックピン１０を備える。前記ロックピン１０は、帯状板材を中間部で折り曲げて脚片１１ｂが形成され、前記脚片１１ｂに前記係止部１２を外側に突設したバネ板１１と、外側に向けて突設されたシフトノブ１３とを備え、前記第１の管体２は、前記シフトノブ１３を挿通可能な長孔７を備える。【選択図】 図１
