The construction structure comprises a laboratory body and a computer room; the constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system comprises a ventilation pipeline and a constant temperature and humidity device; the constant temperature and humidity device comprises a housing case, a main water tank, a humidifying water tank, a flow control box, a level control box, a first water filter and a second water filter which are arranged in a main case; the humidifying water tank, the level control box, the flow control box and the first water filter are arranged in the housing case, and the main water tank and the second water filter are arranged outside the housing case; the first water filter is arranged on the pipeline between the flow control box and the main water tank; a U-shaped pipeline is communicated with the pipeline between the flow control box and the level control box, and the other end of the U-shaped pipeline is connected to the humidifying water tank; a tank water pipe is arranged between the housing case and the main water tank and is provided with the second water filter.
