The invention discloses a constant-temperature and constant-humidity control laboratory. The laboratory comprises a building structure, a power distribution system and a constant-temperature and constant-humidity air conditioning system, wherein the constant-temperature and constant-humidity air conditioning system comprises an air way ceiling structure and a constant-temperature and constant-humidity device; the air way ceiling structure comprises air way pipes movably connected; the air way pipes are fixed and suspended at the top of the building structure through keels and hanging wires; the air way pipes are arranged side by side to form an internal ceiling of the building structure; the constant-temperature and constant-humidity device comprises a casing box, a main water tank, a humidifying water tank, a water flow control box, a water level control box, a first water filter and a second water filter positioned in a main box; the humidifying water tank, the water flow control box, the water level control box and the first water filter are arranged in the casing box; the water flow control box, the water level control box and the main water tank are serially connected in sequence through pipes to form water way circulation; the first water filter is arranged on the pipe between the water flow control box and the main water tank; and a box downpipe is additionally arranged between the casing box and the main water tank.
