Fixed maintenance platform with safety protector
The invention discloses a fixed maintenance platform with a safety protector. The fixed maintenance platform is arranged in a subway maintenance basement and comprises maintenance platform layers and the safety protector. The maintenance platform is of upper and lower layer structures and composed of a single-truss steel frame, longitudinal connecting beams and antislip steel plates in connection. The single-truss steel frame is composed of a platform upright and crossbeams in two layers, the crossbeams are arranged along the extending direction of a rail at equal distance. Protection barriers are arranged on the maintenance platform layers respectively, and each protection barrier is provided with a door. The safety protector is composed of a protection upright, a suspension bearing beam, a support rod, a connecting beam and a protection barrier, the top end of the protection upright is connected with the suspension bearing beam, the protection barrier is arranged on one side of the suspension bearing beam, and the protection barrier is in the same height as the upper maintenance platform layer. The fixed maintenance platform can maintain an integral train including roof and doors and vehicle travelling portions, subway vehicle maintenance capability and maintenance efficiency are greatly improved, and the fixed maintenance platform has a broad application prospect.
