The invention discloses a portable type maintenance-free mooring rope protector. The maintenance-free mooring rope protector comprises a C-shaped steel guide rail, wherein the bottom surface of the C-shaped steel guide rail is connected to a rubber non-slip mat; a guide rope slide block is connected in the C-shaped steel guide rail in a sliding mode; the guide rope slide block slides in a length direction of the C-shaped steel guide rail; the inner side surface of the C-shaped steel guide rail is provided with a polyethylene coated layer; and the guide rope slide block, a mooring rope supportand a fixed blocking block are made of a self-lubricating high polymer material. By virtue of a layout form of the C-shaped steel guide rail, the guide rope slide block and the mooring rope support, all coining mooring ropes are adapted through sliding of the guide rope slide block and self-rotating of the mooring rope support; openings of the mooring rope support are different in size, so that different mooring rope supports can be selected according to different diameters of the mooring ropes; the guide rope slide block and the mooring rope support are made of the self-lubricating high polymer material, and PE is integrally coated inside the C-shaped steel guide rail, so that maintenance-free effect of the protector can be integrally realized; and the protector is small in weight of integral structure, and can realize portable functions such as convenient carrying.
本发明是一种便携式免维护系缆保护器，包括C型钢导轨，C型钢导轨底面连有橡胶防滑垫，C型钢导轨内滑动连有导缆滑块，导缆滑块沿C型钢导轨的长度方向滑动，C型钢导轨的内侧表面设有镀聚乙烯层，导缆滑块、系缆缆托和固定卡块均采用自润滑高分子材料制作而成。本发明是依靠C型钢导轨、导缆滑块和系缆缆托的布置形式，通过导缆滑块滑动和系缆缆托自旋，实现适应全部来向的系泊缆；系缆缆托开口有不同的大小，可以不同缆绳的直径选择不同的系缆缆托；导缆滑块和系缆缆托采用自润滑高分子材料，C型钢导轨内部镀PE，整体可以实现保护器的免维护效果；保护器整体结构重量轻便，可以实现方便挪移等便携功能。
