The invention discloses an antitheft electromechanical interlock gear-driving auxiliary alarming lock. A connecting body is separated from a rear lock cylinder, the rear lock cylinder is locked by a locking head, an expansion plate, a gear wheel and a rotating plate are used for locking a front lock cylinder together with a rotating angle, the front lock cylinder and the rear lock cylinder are completely separated and asynchronously rotate to issue an alarm, and an electronic remote control device is installed in a power supply circuit of an electromagnet in a stealth manner; electromechanical interlock stealth, mechanical interlock stealth, connection stealth of the front and rear lock cylinders and asynchronous alarming are integrated, so that a thief cannot open an interlock device and cannot rotate the rear lock cylinder, even when an interlock and self-locking part is damaged by utilizing a brutal force, only the front lock cylinder can be rotated, and the rear lock cylinder cannot be rotated.
