The invention discloses an antitheft electromechanical interlocking alarming gear-driving lock. A rear lock cylinder is completely separated from a connecting body and a front lock cylinder, the connecting body is hidden in a stealth hole, a gear wheel and a lock column lock the front lock cylinder, the rear lock cylinder is locked by a locking head, the front lock cylinder and the rear lock cylinder asynchronously rotate to issue an alarm, and an electronic remote control device is installed in a power supply circuit of an electromagnet; the electromechanical interlock stealth, mechanical interlock, stealth, connection stealth of the front and rear lock cylinders and asynchronous alarming are integrated, so that a thief cannot open an interlock device and cannot rotate the rear lock cylinder, even when a gear-driving device and the connection locking are destructed by utilizing a brutal means, only the front lock cylinder can be rotated, and the rear lock cylinder cannot be rotated.
