The framework is fixed to the front end of a towing platform on the lower portion of a stacking machine, the motor reducer is fixed onto the framework by the aid of bolts, the shaft is connected with the gears by keys, and the gears are meshed with the cylindrical racks; the first sensors and the second sensors are mounted on the framework, and the extended and contracted support shafts are connected with the cylinders.
