The invention discloses a self-locking foot loop which comprises a foot climbing device 1, an upright rod 2 and a base 3, wherein the food climbing device 1 comprises a pedal plate 11, a sliding lock 12 and an anti-skidding rubber mat 13. According to the self-locking foot loop, by using a lever effect and a self-locking phenomenon in mechanics, the sliding lock is fastened and buckled on the upright rod by means of the weight of a human body to generate a relatively great friction force, and the foot climbing device generates a self-locking phenomenon and is tightly buckled on the upright rod, thereby allowing a user to easily climb; the gravity born by the foot is reduced when the foot rises, and thus a buckle is automatically loosened. Because the self-locking foot loop is vertically placed when being used, the capability of bearing the gravity is enhanced, so that a climber stably stands to facilitate holding of the upright rod; the self-locking foot loop has the advantages of light weight, high strength, good toughness, convenience, flexibility, safety, reliability and the like, and is convenient to carry; meanwhile, by adopting a three-leg base, the self-locking foot loop is easily close to a wall surface so as to be conveniently used under the condition of no wall surface support; the self-locking foot loop is an ideal climbing tool, and can be widely applied to climbing operation in daily life for buildings or families.
