The present invention discloses a self-locking showerhead fixture and a self-locking achievement method, the self-locking showerhead fixture is used in conjunction with a rod, the self-locking showerhead fixture comprises a slide seat sleeving the rod and a self-locking arm, the self-locking arm is connected with the slide seat in a manner of being capable of up and down rotation, the self-locking arm is provided with a showerhead socket and an abutting portion, and the abutting portion is near the side of the rod, so that when the showerhead socket rotates downward, the abutting portion abuts against the side of the rod. The self-locking achievement method is as follows: the self-locking arm is provided, the self-locking arm is connected with the slide seat in a manner of being capable of up and down rotation, and the self-locking arm is provided with the showerhead socket and the abutting portion, when the showerhead is placed on the showerhead socket, the self-locking arm rotates downward, so that the abutting portion abuts against the rod so as to lock the slide seat. The self-locking showerhead fixture is simple in structure, helps to reduce the cost of materials, and is good in stability, the heavier the hand-held showerhead which is placed on the showerhead socket is, the better self-locking retention is, and more difficult the sliding is; and the self-locking showerhead fixture can be operated by one hand, and is very fast, convenient and labor-saving.
