The invention discloses a flexible ladder fixing frame, which comprises a fixing frame body; two ends of the fixing frame body are bent to form arched heads for rope passing; the lower head face of each arched head is flattened and protrudes outwardly; and a rope clamping bole is arranged in the middle of the lower head face of each arched head. The flexible ladder fixing frame disclosed by the invention has the advantages that while assembling, the ropes can pass through the arched heads and are fixed through the rope clamping roles, and thus, the ropes are prevented from releasing.
