The invention discloses a flexible ladder fixing plate, which comprises a flat plate; two ends of the flat plate are in threaded connection with rope clamping buckles; each rope clamping buckle comprises a long claw and a short claw; each short claw is half wrapped by the corresponding long claw; an upper hole and a lower hole are formed in the clearance between each long claw and the corresponding short claw; a narrow rope clamping hole is formed between each upper hole and the corresponding lower hole; and the surfaces at two sides of each narrow rope clamping hole are rough. The flexible ladder fixing plate disclosed by the invention has the advantages that while assembling, ropes can be pulled from the lower holes into the corresponding upper holes; the distance between the two upper holes is less than the distance between the two ropes, and therefore, tensile force is generated; and in addition, because the surfaces at two sides of the narrow rope clamping holes are rough, the ropes can be prevented from sliding downwardly.
