The fabrication technology of the nixing ceramic particle perpetual calendar includes following steps: preparing a blank: evenly smashing white clay and purple clay, and removing grit from the blank; shaping a green body; fettling the green body; drying the green body; decorating the green body; performing bisque firing on the green body: raising temperature of the green body to 100-200 degree centigrade at temperature raising rate of 40-50 degree centigrade per hour, and continuously firing the green body for 0.5-1.5 hours under the temperature; shaping the green body under pressure; firing the green body: placing the green body after being shaped under the pressure in a kiln, firstly raising the temperature of the green body to 500-900 degree centigrade at temperature raising rate of 50-100 degree centigrade per hour, and continuously firing the green body for 1-2 hours under the temperature of 500-900 degree centigrade; then, raising the temperature of the green body to 10050-1170 degree centigrade at temperature raising rate of 150-200 degree centigrade per hour, and continuously firing the green body for 2-3 hours under the temperature of 10050-1170 degree centigrade; drawing the green body out of the kiln after cooling the green body so as to obtain a word block. The fabrication technology of the nixing ceramic particle perpetual calendar further removes the grit, reduces content of quartz, reduces swelling capacity of the green body, keeps a shape change range of the green body small, and can match an insertion port with the green body well.
