Formula of micropowder for prolonging service life of concrete and preparation technology thereof
The invention belongs to the field of novel construction materials, and specifically relates to a formula of micropowder for prolonging the service life of concrete and a preparation technology thereof. The micropowder is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 78 to 94% of fly ash, 0 to 20% of silica fume, 1 to 8% of nano micropowder, and 0 to 3% of water reducer, is prepared by mixing the raw materials mentioned above, and can be in the form of powder or paste which is prepared by adding water into the powder. The enormous activity of nano particles is utilized to consume part of Ca(OH)2, which is not beneficial for the interface adhesion; large crystals are formed and arranged in directional alignment; the nano-level CSH gel in the cement slurry is connected through chemical bonds by the added nano particles, and thus a three-dimensional network structure taking nano particles as the network nodes is established on the basis of original network structure of cured cement slurry. At the same time, the nano micropowder is capable of effectively enlarging the micropore with a size of 10 to 100 nm and thus largely increases the interface adhesive force.
