The invention discloses a superfine slag powder cementing material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: modifying fly ash with nitric acid to enable the fly ash to have adsorption capacity, and enabling the modified fly ash to be in full contact with a sodium gluconate solution through a fluidized bed to enable sodium gluconate to be adsorbed on the surface of the modified fly ash, so as to prepare a self-made water reducing agent; then glucose and diethylenetriamine are subjected to an addition reaction to generate modified glucose, then the modified glucose reacts with a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, the modified glucose is grafted into a side chain of the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, and a self-made water reducing agent is prepared; and finally, mixing the superfine slag powder, cement, self-made fly ash, a self-made water reducing agent and water according to the optimal proportion to prepare the superfine slag powder cementing material. The superfine slag powder cementing material prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the effects of good adsorption capacity, strong flowability and good retarding performance.
本发明公开了一种矿渣微粉胶凝材料及其制备方法。本发明先用硝酸改性粉煤灰,使粉煤灰具有吸附能力,再通过流化床,将改性粉煤灰与葡萄糖酸钠溶液充分接触,使葡萄糖酸钠吸附于改性粉煤灰表面,制得自制减水剂;接着用葡萄糖和二乙烯三胺发生加和反应,生成改性葡萄糖,然后与聚羧酸减水剂反应,将改性葡萄糖接枝于聚羧酸减水剂侧链中,制得自制减水剂;最后将矿渣微粉、水泥、自制粉煤灰、自制减水剂和水按照最佳配比混合,制得矿渣微粉胶凝材料。本发明制备的矿渣微粉胶凝材料具有吸附能力好、流动性强、缓凝性能好的效果。
