High-temperature resistant, smooth, and fine graphite tube
The invention discloses a high-temperature resistant, smooth, and fine graphite tube. The graphite tube is characterized by being composed of the following components in parts by weight: 50 to 60 parts of nano grade graphite powder, 10 to 15 parts of mid-temperature asphalt, 10 to 15 parts of high-temperature resistant mineral powder or quartz powder, 5 to 8 parts of borax, 3 to 5 parts of boric acid, 5 to 10 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, and 3 to 5 parts of composite dispersant. The manufacturing method of the graphite tube comprises the following steps: (1) raw material pretreatment; (2) material blending and moulding; (3) roasting; (4) impregnation. A composite dispersant is added in order to enlarge the temperature application range and lubricating effect. Sodium carboxymethylcellulose is added so as to increase the adhesive property of paint and at the same time the raw material can be evenly mixed. The liquid epoxy resin can improve the fineness of the paint. The prepared graphite tube does not have the problems such as bubbling, cracking, explosion, and the like, and thus has a good work performance and long service life.
