Fine-particle high-tap-density spherical graphite
The invention belongs to the technical field of spherical graphite, and particularly relates to fine-particle high-tap-density spherical graphite which comprises the following raw materials: 10-20 g of carbon fibers, 5-10 g of coke, 6-8 g of petroleum coke, 2-6 g of pitch coke, 4-8 g of a binder, 4-6 g of a preservative, 1-5 g of polyurethane resin and 2-6 g of diatomite, the carbon fibers are prepared from the raw materials through high-temperature oxidation and carbonization, and the carbon fibers are prepared from the raw materials through high-temperature oxidation and carbonization. The binder is one or a mixture of a plurality of materials selected from styrene-butadiene rubber, polyurethane and nitrocellulose, and the preservative is one or a mixture of a plurality of materials selected from high-alumina cement and glass flakes. The spherical graphite has great corrosion resistance and wear resistance, so that the problem that the existing spherical graphite is poor in corrosion resistance and wear resistance is solved, and the service life of a product prepared from the spherical graphite is prolonged.
