The invention discloses the operation technology of a foundation bolt positioning frame in the construction of a power transmission line iron tower foundation. The operation technology mainly comprises constructing a square frame (figure 1) and correspondingly adjusting the diagonal and right-angle distances of a bolt (2) by use of quadruplets (7) and (8). The foundation bolt positioning frame is suitable for the construction of a plurality of tower square uprights different in diameter, and has the advantages of saving manpower and financial resources and improving the construction efficiency; as a result, the popularization of the foundation bolt positioning frame is necessary.
