Jack-embedded type static testing girder
The invention provides a jack-embedded type static testing girder for detecting the bearing capacity of a base pile, a foundation and the like, and aims at overcoming the shortages that the existing static testing girder is independent from a loading hydraulic jack, the jack and the girder are difficultly centered, most time is needed during mounting-, the overall mounting height is excessively high, and the safety and stability are poor. The jack-embedded type static testing girder is characterized in that a jack embedded cavity of which the bottom part is equipped with a hole is formed in the middle of a girder body (1); rib plates (2) are arranged at two ends of the embedded cavity, and a jack reaction plate (3) is arranged on the top part of the embedded cavity, and supporting rods (6) are arranged at two sides of the bottom part of the embedded cavity; the components above are all integrally welded; when assembling the girder, the jack (5) and the reaction plate (3) equipped with a connecting bolt hole are connected through a hanging bolt assembly (4); when in test, the hanging bolt assembly (4) can be completely released. The jack-embedded type static testing girder can be applied to static testing of an anchorage pile, a piling-up foundation pile and the foundation and the like.
