Jack side hanging type static load test main beam
The invention relates to a jack side hanging type static load test main beam. The main beam comprises a beam body; the beam body is formed by welding an H-shaped steel beam and a jack counter force seat; jack connecting bolt holes are formed in the beam body; jack piston rod extension holes are further formed in the beam body; and supporting ribs are arranged on the upper part of the jack counterforce seat. The main beam further comprises hydraulic jacks and connecting bolts; and screw holes matched with the connecting bolts are formed in the bottom of a hydraulic jack cylinder body. According to the jack side hanging type static load test main beam,loading hydraulic jacks are suspended on two sides of webs of the beam body; and the design is simple and the structure is reasonable. Upmostfour jacks can be equipped, the design limits of main beam load bearing force are overcome, and jack installation and maintenance are convenient.
本发明涉及一种千斤顶侧挂式静载试验主梁。本主梁包括梁体，所述梁体由H型钢梁和千斤顶反力座焊接而成，在所述梁体上设置有千斤顶连接螺栓孔，在所述梁体上还设置有千斤顶活塞杆伸缩孔，在千斤顶反力座上部设置有支撑肋；本发明还包括液压千斤顶及连接螺栓，所述液压千斤顶缸体底部设置有与连接螺栓匹配的丝孔。本发明将加载液压千斤顶悬挂于梁体腹板两侧，设计简明，结构合理。可配备多至四台千斤顶，克服了主梁承载力设计限制，千斤顶安装与维护方便。
