The invention provides a novel heat preserving material of a wall. The novel heat preserving material of the wall comprises an adhering mortar layer; a heat preserving layer is arranged at the outer side of the adhering mortar layer; an impact resisting layer is arranged at the outer side of the heat preserving layer; a reinforcing rib layer is arranged at the outer side of the impact resisting layer; a surface decorating layer is arranged at the outer side of the reinforcing rib layer; the heat preserving layer is a wool rock plate being 20 to 40mm in thickness; the impact resisting layer is a cement plate being 7 to 9cm in thickness; the reinforcing rib layer is prepared from glass fiber net fabric. The novel heat preserving material of the wall is simple to construct, high in heat preserving effect, relatively high in strength and hardness, and lightweight; the problem of large shearing force of the existing external adhering ceramic tiles is overcome; the air permeability is outstanding, so that the problem of corrosion of steel meshes of the existing external adhering ceramic tiles can be solved; the anti-permeability effect is good, and the low water absorption and water resistance are achieved.
